Location & History
King Robert Hotel sits directly on the grounds of the Battle of Bannockburn, with the Bannockburn Visitor Centre and King Robert statue adjacent. The hotel is 5 minutes' drive from Stirling city centre and a 10-minute drive from the National Wallace Monument. Free on-site parking and a Citylink bus stop outside give guests direct routes to Glasgow, Perth, and Dundee.
Dining & Bar
Bruce's Bistro serves freshly produced dishes using local produce, with a menu that changes daily and includes gluten-free options on request. The Lounge Bar shows Sky and BT Sports on large screens and has a heated outdoor patio for al fresco drinks. Breakfast is a buffet-style full Scottish with continental options, and the kitchen can cook vegetarian sausages or haggis to order.
Entertainment & Events
The hotel runs live tribute nights, 80s and 90s themed shows, quizzes, and karaoke in the Cocktail Lounge with resident DJ Gordon.
